Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH), which translates to "Our Little Brothers and Sisters," is a nonprofit organization that provides homes, education, and healthcare to vulnerable children in Latin America and the Caribbean. The organization was founded in 1954 by Father William Wasson, an American priest who was working in Mexico at the time.

Father Wasson was moved by the poverty he saw in Mexico, and he began taking in orphaned and abandoned children, providing them with a home, an education, and a family-like environment. Over time, he established multiple homes for children in need throughout Mexico, and the organization eventually expanded to other countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.

NPH currently operates in 9 countries: Mexico, Honduras, Haiti, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Bolivia. In addition, it has well established fundraising offices across multiple European countries, North America and Australia.

St. Damien Hospital in Haiti is a pediatric hospital located in the capital city of Port-au-Prince. It was founded by Father Rick Frechette and the St. Luke Foundation for Haiti in 2006 to provide comprehensive medical care to children in Haiti, including those who are poor, orphaned, or disabled. The hospital is affiliated with the larger St. Luke Hospital, which provides care to adults.

The OneFamily program is designed to help break the cycle of poverty by providing support to families who are at risk of being separated, and to keep families together. The program aims to provide education, healthcare, nutrition, and other basic needs to families in need, so that children can grow up in a safe and loving environment.
