Our Team

At NPH, we lead by example—by the example of our founder Fr. William Wasson, by the leaders who knew him personally and worked alongside him, and by those who continue to be inspired by his legacy of service and love. The management team is made up of former volunteers—people who discovered NPH at a young age and were forever changed by the experience. Hermanos mayores comprise nearly half of the leadership team. These accomplished women and men are graduates of the NPH philosophy. They serve as roles models to the thousands of children we care for each day. They inspire boys and girls to dream big, to believe in themselves, and dare greatly.

NPH is overseen by a volunteer board of directors who govern the umbrella organization, Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos y Hermanas International (NPHHI). These directors have diverse professional backgrounds and expertise, but each one brings a passion for the work and mission of NPH in Latin America and the Caribbean.
