Additionally, the report includes a heartfelt farewell to Reinhart Koehler, who concluded his service as President of the Board after more than four decades with NPH. Key Highlights of 2023
- Family and Community Strengthening: Successful reintegration programs and the expansion of family care centers in various NPH countries.
- Education and Development: Over 1,200 students graduated from various educational programs, with significant infrastructure improvements in schools and libraries.
- Health and Well-being: Over 17,000 health consultations were conducted, including medical check-ups, dental care, vaccinations, and specialist treatments to ensure comprehensive care for our children and communities .
- Disability and Inclusion: Specialized support programs for children with disabilities were expanded across our regions, including vital training for staff in trauma-informed care .
- Youth and Economic Empowerment: Hundreds of young people received vocational training and support, equipping them with the skills needed for professional independence.
