Alba Tum, National Director
Alba Tum is a Guatemalan professional with over 25 years of experience at Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos. Her commitment to vulnerable children began during the early years of NPH Guatemala, when she had the opportunity to meet the founder, Father William Wasson. This encounter had a profound impact on her and solidified her vocation to dedicate her life to improving the lives of children and youth in her country.
Throughout her career at NPH, Alba has held various leadership roles, including Secretary, Social Work Manager, High School and University Programs Coordinator, Director of Casa San Andrés, and Head of the Hermanos Mayores program. She is trained in family counseling, conflict resolution, child protection, and leadership development. As National Director, she leads the strategic planning of NPH Guatemala with a focus on child protection, family empowerment, and creating safe environments.
