Since its beginnings, NPH has faithfully followed the vision of its founder, Father William B. Wasson, who dreamed of a more just world where every child could have a home, an education, and hope. Today, his legacy remains alive through the values of respect, responsibility, love, and service, which continue to guide every action within our programs.

Throughout these 29 years, NPH Guatemala has grown and strengthened thanks to the implementation of its five programmatic initiatives, which seek not only to address immediate needs but also to provide tools that allow the construction of a dignified future. From education and family support to vocational workshops and empowerment programs, every step has been an opportunity to plant hope.

The impact of this work is reflected in hundreds of stories of transformation: children and young people who are now professionals, and communities that have been strengthened thanks to the opportunities generated by NPH. Each transformed life is a testimony to the power of love, education, and shared faith.

The celebration of this new anniversary was a true reflection of that joy. We began with a thanksgiving mass, where we expressed gratitude for all that we have lived and the achievements reached. We then shared cake, games, food, sports activities, and the traditional ice cream distribution—creating moments of unity and happiness.

On this anniversary, we want to express our deepest gratitude to all donors, sponsors, staff, volunteers, partners, beneficiaries, and members of our local and international boards. Your commitment, generosity, and belief in our mission make it possible for us to continue writing stories of success.

Today, we celebrate what we have achieved together and reaffirm our commitment to continue being a home, a family, and an opportunity for those who need it most, keeping Father Wasson’s vision alive. Because at NPH Guatemala, we believe that love transforms, education empowers, and hope builds the future.

Thank you for being part of these 29 years of love and transformation!
