For over 30 years, Mauricio has been related to Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos. Within this time, he has actively contributed as a volunteer advisor, specifically focusing on enhancing fundraising strategies for NPH Mexico. Mauricio’s efforts have been instrumental in recruiting new donors and sponsors as he shares his professional expertise and knowledge of the Mexican business environment as a member of NPH’s local Board of Directors.
Additionally, Mauricio is a member of the NPH International Board of Directors. In this capacity, he serves as the Chair of the Human Resources Committee.
Mauricio met for the first time NPH when he was still a very young boy, through an experience that left a lasting impression on him and that has contributed to vividly recall the warmth and generosity of NPH over the years.
Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos holds a special place in Mauricio’s and his family’s hearts. They firmly believe that NPH provides a remarkable opportunity to actively participate and contribute towards improving the lives of underprivileged children in Mexico and Latin America. It is their conviction that NPH is an exceptional organization, offering genuine solutions to address the lack of opportunities experienced by countless disadvantaged children.
Mauricio boasts an important background in real estate services, accumulating more than 25 years of industry experience while working for renowned international companies in Mexico. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Universidad Iberoamericana and an MBA from IPADE (Instituto de Alta Dirección de Empresa), both earned in Mexico City.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Mauricio takes joy in a fruitful marriage of over 20 years and cherishes his role as a parent to three children.
