Acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of the NPH. The NPH will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of the NPH.

No irrevocable gift, whether outright or life-income in character, will be accepted if under any reasonable set of circumstances the gift would jeopardize the donor’s financial security.

The NPH will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation.

For monthly gifts only: By providing my credit card information, I authorize NPH to charge my credit card on a recurring basis in the amount indicated above. I understand that this authorization shall remain in effect until I notify NPH at least 30 days prior to the upcoming charge that I wish to end this agreement. A record of my contributions will appear on my billing statement.
