Hegel Aguirre, National Director

Hegel Rabindranath Aguirre Durón is the National Director of NPH Honduras. He brings over a decade of experience in civil society and international cooperation, with a focus on child protection, human rights, gender-based violence prevention, and institutional strengthening. Throughout his career, he has led programs in rural and high-risk urban communities and contributed to national and international initiatives, including technical coordination of the Monitoring and Action Plan (MAP) under the CAFTA-DR agreement. Hegel is recognized for his commitment to social development, transparent leadership, and a service-oriented approach that places dignity and community at the center of his work.
