With over 20 years of leadership in organizational transformation and agile coaching across Europe and North America, Christophe brings a passion for sustainable business and governance to every engagement. A former senior executive at Abbott, Novo Nordisk and L’Oréal, he now accompanies transformation processes and oversees agile adoption at SeedingEnergy, while sharing his expertise as a guest lecturer at Esade, IED Barcelona and ESEI International Business School. Fluent in French, English and Spanish, Christophe also champions diversity, inclusion and youth empowerment through pro bono mentoring and advocacy work—combining deep corporate acumen with a volunteer-driven commitment to positive change.
