Carline Altiné, Board Member

Carline Altiné is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, Canada) with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the Executive Committee at the main Port Terminal of Haiti. Her professional path has been marked by a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to operational excellence, helping institutions navigate complex challenges while aligning performance with strategic goals.

Throughout her career, Carline has contributed to organizations that prioritize sustainability, accountability, and impact. Her wide-ranging expertise allows her to bring a holistic perspective to her role at NPH. Being part of the NPH family as a Board Member is an opportunity she values deeply.
