Durante una d\u00e9cada, acompa\u00f1\u00f3 a estudiantes de octavo grado en viajes misioneros anuales a NPH Honduras. La familia Orr tambi\u00e9n ha visitado hogares de NPH en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y Hait\u00ed y ha apadrinado a muchos ni\u00f1os a lo largo de los a\u00f1os. Como pediatra, Brian ha asesorado al equipo de Servicios M\u00e9dicos de NPHI. Brian, radicado en los EE.
